Eduardo and his team were communicative and on time. They treated my belongings with great care. They went above and beyond what was expected to ensure I was set up in my new place. I can’t thank them enough. I have moved many times in my life and worked with many different moving companies. This move was the best ever from the initial contact to the final delivery. Thank you Zip Moving and Storage.

Bait and switch. The quote is done by zoom and when they get onsite when it’s too late and re-quote but if course way too much. Oh and the “sincere@ response below is a joke. They broke a table and the crew in writing admitted fault but they claim it was incidental. I’m stuck with an $1800 repair to boot.

That's not the worst of it, in another review I left from the same move, talks about $1800 of damage to a table that the crew snapped off doing God's knows what.. Of course, they don't cover "incidental damage". Stay away! There are better movers out there. Companies who care about customer service not just write about it.
