Ask about the “step” charge and the hourly rate if offered that option. If cash matters make sure you get final price in writing prior to move. Yeah, I know, should be common sense but, when given a quote I expect said quote to be cost. Oh well, what’s a few hundred bucks extra…
I was so impressed with this company and was ready to leave the best review until I realized they left a ton of stuff at our old house. My husband had to make 2 trips back to our old house already and we will have to do more because they left stuff. I had to leave to go get my son and apparently when I left and was no longer there they decided to just not finish the job. In addition, things were not put back together until we asked and still wasn’t all the way done we had to do it ourselves. We hired a company to do this stuff so we didn’t have to worry about it and enjoy our new home and now we are trying to figure out getting the rest of our belongings. Just a heads up, when someone moves they take EVERYTHING.
