Everyone we’ve dealt with has been courteous and professional. The price was fair & affordable. The team of packers were timely even though things could’ve been labeled & inventoried more efficiently. The team of loaders were extremely helpful & efficient, doing everything they could to get the truck packed even amidst rain delays & done other hurdles. Expectantly awaiting the arrival of our things and hopeful the rest of the move goes smoothly.

Absolutely awful experience. When our items arrived we had 7 different boxes that had items shattered in them. The movers put 2 dents in the walls of our brand new construction home. When we called about this it was completely brushed off and told it was our fault since they did not do the packing for us. I would not recommend this company to a single person due to lack of accountability, professionalism, and customer service. Also beware that when they give a quote and it says “storage” that is not for them storing your items, it is apparently for the loading and unloading at the storage so you will be paying more than your estimate.

I have had TWO bad experiences with Vincent Fister. The only reason I hired them a second time was because they had the highest ratings in Lexington. The first long distance move 8 yrs ago resulted in almost a week delay of delivery because it was booked incorrectly. I had paid extra to be able to choose my delivery date. Tyler Relliford assured me that it would not happen again. There were logistical issues AGAIN with my recent move on December 1/25 but it arrived on time. On December 11th, my stuff was delivered with 4 damaged pieces of furniture due to improper padding and handling by the Vincent Fister crew. I fixed 2 of them with a stain marker and filed a claim for my dresser and nightstand. While the crew were loading my belongings I had to keep giving them "reminders" as to what proper padding involved. They guys were very nice though. I am 12 days out from my delivery and I am expected to be patient while the Claims Team attempts to nickel-and-dime to save $$ on compensating me for what the moving crew damaged. Vincent Fister was PAID IMMEDIATELY for this move, even before delivery, yet they still havent even responded to my last email. I guess Alan Clark, the Claims Manager is just going to duck and dive and let me go back and forth with the Claims Department. UNACCEPTABLE! I spoke with the Claims Department today and informed them of my displeasure with my experience, and that I will be forwarding this matter to the Kentucky Attorney Generals Office if its not resolved immediately. The Claims Rep said that she will get back to me. This has been a HORRIBLE experience!!!!
