Second to None Moving

Trying to get a hold of someone is a joke. They never return calls. Company wise I'd give them a 1. However all of the movers we interacted with were great! Very friendly, on time and respectful.

**Updated review-I stopped in recently with a few questions because I wanted to hire them for our next move. One woman was occupied, on a call. So I asked the other woman one of my questions. She was very difficult to understand because of her accent, which isn't a big deal. But the fact that she was extremely rude IS a big deal. No thanks! Update- In response to the message from management. I did stop in and I did leave a review for the correct business. There were two women here the day I was in. One was on the phone. The rude woman was very short with black hair and she had an accent and a scowl on her face. You need to be accountable, and yes, you need to do better. We already hired another firm and they were wonderful.

Hired Second to None to move my appliances and couch, loveseat, and recliner. Fabian and his partner arrived to move my items at 9:30 and I had to leave at 10:30 to sign closing papers and they had only moved my washer and dryer and started moving the fridge to the truck. My cousin and child was home while they finished my move. Literally moved one house away so no drive time really. When I was on my way home my cousin called and said they damaged my fridge. Scratched the two doors in the picture. They lied to the boss and said they only damaged one door if you look at the pictures here both doors scratched up! Never put any blankets over them and scratched them! Called to talk to the owner Mark he said they will fix one of the doors. I'm so upset with them my fridge is so nice to look at before them messing it up! Also didn't get a chance to check my other appliances which have damages. I even tipped these movers!! They lied on me!!! Please don't hire this company!!!
