I couldn't have been more satisfied with the service I've received from Pleasant Relocation. From my initial phone conversation, to the team onsite in Palm Springs who packed up everything to the final move weeks later to San Francisco; the entire crew were polite and exhibited the best in customer service. They truly cared for my belongings and it showed.
I was supposed to use this company to relocate from the west coast to the east coast. They were accommodating at first with scheduling for a pick up. I had already sent a deposit solidifying my reservation, but when I chose not to use their service all communication stopped. They no longer answered my phone calls, text messages or emails. I read their fine print and it said nothing about keeping a deposit if the customer chooses not to use their service. In fact the my point person with this company "Mike", had stated in an email that he would start the refund process for my deposit. This was all back in Feb 2024, we're now coming into July and I still have heard nothing from anyone from this company in regards to my refund.
EDIT...the response to my review made by the "owner" is as fake as it gets!! Not only did they not consider lowering the cost to a "fair" price, they are now threatening to send the belongings to auction if we don't pay more money today, even though they have a $450 deposit, and DELETE this review!! They said that I can't give a review until the items are delivered??? Give me a "fair" price, closer to the price we were given that made us decide to even go with this company, and then I will delete my review.
