I had thought I had written a review when I used them back in August of 2019 but I didn't, so I'm doing it now. I had to move fast and in a big hurry, and they were the only ones who got back to me and were able to make it work. I was worried I might be getting a bad company or unprofessional crew, but I could not have been more wrong. The two guys who showed up with a truck and moved were nothing less than amazing and were total professionals. When some obstacles came in the move, they were quick to figure out new ways to get the move done quickly, cleanly and professionally. I can't recommend them enough!
The movers are fantastic, this review is for the management. They were in contact with us for three weeks leading up to the move (a two bedroom condo in the middle of DC). They quadruple confirmed our order for three movers to help us pack and move. Day of, they sent two people who had no idea they were supposed to help pack. Movers themselves were excellent. Efficient, fast, respectful and hard working. They were at it from 8:30 am (arrived right on time) to 3pm. Nothing was broken. They took steps to protect all our furniture, and the floors, with mats and blankets. Really great job.
