Move Crew LLC

We take pride in keeping our things nice and were very disappointed that The Move Crew didn't treat our belongings that way. We were told up front that everything was going to be wrapped but that didn't happen. We witnessed a number of items that were not handled properly. Furniture was dragged instead of lifted. Bare wood furniture was stacked on top of other bare wood furniture. Fabric chairs were exposed. We saw that a number of items had large scratches/gouges/nicks and unfortunately expect to see more damage when we empty the storage units. In addition some crew members were openly disparaging other crew members which was very unprofessional. Pass on The Move Crew and look for another moving company.

They showed up on time and, I thought (mistakenly) worked carefully, unfortunately, that was not the case. While moving my sofa from my apartment into my new house, they did a number on the freshly painted walls, thus requiring me touchup work. My bed was assembled incorrectly, and my mattress was stained along the side from not being wrapped properly prior to transport in their box truck. I have been unsuccessful in trying to have these issues addressed in any manner for two weeks at this point. When emailing Sheena, the response is always, I'll let Don know, I'll let Don know. The response then shifted to contact my husband. That attempt was fruitless. When I was finally able to get in touch with Don, we set up a time for him to come to my house to look at what needed to be corrected, and lo and behold, he fails to appear and doesn't even have the common curtesy of a phone call or text to let me know he won't be coming. Stay far away from this company. Spend a few extra bucks and get a proper mover to assist you in your moving endeavors.
