We had an extremely chaotic and frustrating experience with Logistic Pro. Our move happened on Saturday December 16, 2023. The survey was highly inaccurate, so Logistic Pro was only able to take 1/3 of our stuff. Over the phone we had discussed needing a full truck and perhaps multiple loads, but the crew showed up with half of the truck full of someone else’s move. They arrived late in the afternoon, so we ended up scrambling to rent a UHaul and move everything else ourselves (we rented a 26-foot UHaul and made 3 additional full loads)They broke or damaged 7 pieces of furniture including 3 beds, 3 dressers, and my nursing recliner. They reassembled beds in the wrong way, most of them with missing bolts and screws. The crew was not careful at all. They scratched and dented the drywall in our stairwell in 11 places, they damaged our railing to the upstairs. All boxes were labeled, but very few ended up where they belonged. We’ve spent the last week relocating nearly all of our boxes. Pablo was very kind considering the chaos, but Johnny was extremely inflexible and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
BEWARE! Jason is the worst! He provides estimate. He left a voicemail cursing me! I will never do business with this company and I suggest no one else does either. I see why it was such bad reviews. The reviews is what stopped me from paying the deposit. Thank God I read the reviews!
