To begin, the movers were very late and I never received a call giving me a status; I had to call them. The moving guys were nice enough and did do their job within the timeframe. However, I asked the company if the guys would be taking a break and if I would be paying for that break. I was told no. However, they did take a 20 minute break and I was charged for it. I contacted the company about it to get that fixed and I was told that management would be contacting me. However, it is almost a month now and I haven't heard anything, so at this point, I am not expecting to see a refund for that part, so beware and know that you will be paying for a break. Also,the company says it is insured, however, it is very, very basic. If you actually want your items insured against damage, you will need to pay extra to get one of the other two plans to cover your items. They never mentioned this beforehand, but you will have to sign a document about your chosen coverage once there.
Very bad experience. Purchased additional $100 insurance and got nothing in return after they broke a Coffee table and banged up about every wall in our new house. I would think twice about using this company for your move.
