Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
Unfortunately, John did a poor job of moving us across the country. Several pieces of furniture were damaged, unfortunately some that were irreplaceable. John didn’t use lamp boxes, didn’t wrap our TVs, or mirrors!! This is absolutely unacceptable and then expected us to pay full price with absolutely no acknowledgment of the poor service he had provided or offering to compensate for damaged goods. He only said I’ve been in business for 34 years. If this were true, you would provide a better service. Beware - he doesn’t use professionals to assist in the move, he acquires people to do a load or unload job that are not experienced. Very disappointing experience. Wouldn’t recommend if you like your furniture.
