I 100% regret hiring this company, Integrity Movers. Details: 1: The size of the move was approximately a small 2 Car Garage size worth of tools, workbenches, tools chests, and one CNC machine. 2: The travel distance was 53.7 miles. 3: Three-person crew took a total time of 9.25 hours ($250/hr), for a small box truck worth of items. (So small they had to use my pickup truck for a few items.) 4: Be prepared to pay $250 for a lunch break for your crew. 5: The final bill was $600 over original estimated cost at $2,469. 6: Items were damaged, and I did not receive a call back after notifying management.
Our experience with Integrity Movers was nothing short of an absolute nightmare. We deeply regret hiring them for a residential move and caution anyone looking for honest, quality movers to look elsewhere immediately. They did not provide the services advertised, failed to bring enough labor to complete our job, could not pack boxes properly, provided a false estimate, and broke/damaged numerous items. Worse yet, when these issues were brought to the attention of the owner (Ken), the only remedy offered was to remove 90 minutes of labor. We have moved over 14 times before this experience (both with military and civilian and military movers) and have never before encountered this level of unprofessionalism in a moving company.
