Never answers their phone, wonder how long they will be in business.
Hired them to move exercise equipment from one basement on our property to another basement. I clearly told the person I setup the appointment with that we were asking to move an elliptical and a weight machine. After having to reschedule the original day, they came an hour late because they had our address wrong. They ended up not moving anything because of "safety issues". These consisted of one light bulb in a daylight light stairwell being out and the fact that they didn't bring the right equipment because they thought they were moving from a garage to a garage. Poor communication and preparation caused them to waste my wife's time.
Heartland helped me move several years ago and I had a great experience with them so went with them again. I wish it had gone as well as the last time. When they got to my house they did not have anything to protect picture frames etc (they did last time) and once they filled up the truck and delivered that to the new place they didn't go back for the rest. I am a disabled vet, don't get around well anymore and I needed someone who would pack and move everything (they said they would). I ended up having to pay my old landlord another months rent ($1500) because it took more than a week to finish moving my stuff.
