I tried to hire them to help move my family. I’ll admit it was a bit impromptu. I called Friday morning to get two guys for Saturday morning for eight hours. I was told that he could arrange it. Then later that night I was called and told that his crew did not feel comfortable moving us and they wanted to send three guys. So I told him that three guys would be fine and that they could even rent a truck and I would rent ANOTHER truck for them to use. Again that was a no. Up until the very end it was my fault that he couldn’t move us instead of apologizing and saying that he was over booked originally and was misleading in trying to squeeze me in. Also, when I told him that i was disappointed and was going to leave a review about to, his response was that he would just explain his way out of it. All I can say is good luck. I found other movers at a much less expensive price willing to do it.
Hired them for a job to load up my 26 ft truck. They were amazing, professional and incredibly polite! I even tipped them $50 each they did you good and took apart my crib for me, along with other last minute packing jobs. I would have given them a 5 just from that days experience. I deduct 2 stars because items did shift due to poor packing, breaking a few things AND to top it off we left behind a treadmill and a new set of patio furniture because they couldn't fit it. My husband and the movers we united to unpack both said those items could have fit if they have packed alot better. So 3 stars in $2,000 worth of stuff left off the truck and damaged items. The guys themselves 5 stars for manners and respectfulness!
