Family Movers Express

This is our second time using Family Movers Express. A friend recommended them the first time and they were great. Fast, reliable, and transparent about everything. The movers that came to our place both times were friendly as well. I'd recommend these guys for any moves in Vegas

Very disappointed in the speed and quality of helping me move. Do yourself a favor and only hire these movers per job not per hour, which was my huge mistake! They were totally milking the time to get paid more. So, learn from me and make sure you hire these people per job which I think will make them move a lot faster. It was such a bad experience that I did not have them finish the job because they would’ve milked at least another eight hours. They also kept forcing me to sign new contracts every time I wouldn’t agree with their brainless ideas.

The two guys that moved my few items were nice. My problem with them is they don't think smarter to keep from working harder. So therefore, I'm dissatisfied with their work. I needed to have a portable wardrobe closet moved to the guest room. It is apprx 47 W x 20Dx 71H. Movers bought it through my front door and down the hallway. In order to get it into my guest room they would have had to make a slight turn into it. They were unable to do this for a few reasons. First they had the closet laying the long way instead of standing it straight up. Second they should have bought it through my garage instead of my front door because my guest room is directly across from the garage entry. So because they were incapable of figuring this out, they put my closet in my garage. I was very upset because I knew there was a way to get it in my guest room. So a few weeks later I shared what happened to a family member. He and another family member came over and put the closet in the guest room 5min after they arrived with no problems. So I called family express and explained to Brian what happened. Just for an FYI only. So hopefully he would tell his guys to work smarter. But Brian got angry, raised his voice and was sarcastic. I even told him that there was no reason for him to get upset with me because I wasn't asking for a refund or anything. Just FYI so he could tell his employees to try a little harder when there out on a job. And try not to disappoint the customers. Brian has a smart mouth and no customer service skills. I did not call them to criticize. But if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen.
