Ramzy did a great job delivering our couch. He brought it in and installed it. He was quick and friendly. A+ work!
Unprofessional at best! Showed up late and tired, halfway through the move after loading into the truck asked if they could come back another day for the rest of the job to which we declined, then damaged our furniture while unloading it and promised a compensation if we submitted a claim. Been 3 months now that a claim was submitted and absolutely no response!!
My experience with DZ was horrible! James and Richard came unprepared without any tools to break down my furniture they had to use mines. One thing I will say..Richard did most of the work while James took his time. over 7,000 worth of furniture was damaged, they left the job incomplete! Zach was also disrespectful and rude to me ONLY after my complaints. I have yet to receive the check they promised for the damages! Please don’t waste your time.
