My girlfriend has a house in Masontown West Virginia. She had this company scheduled to come over to provide a service to remove her personal items on September 2nd.. They showed up. I arrived at 9:04am only to see the crew standing in the road. One was on the phone, one was walking around and the third was busy vaping. I went to the post-office to get her mail. On the way back to the house, they were driving away. WTH?! I asked my girlfriend why they left. One of the crew said that the house has mold and was suffering from a headache. The other bogus lame excuse made by the crew leader was being afraid of the deck in front of the house. The deck is weathered due to exposure of the elements. The deck is perfectly safe to walk on. As for the mold, his comment was a bold face lie!!! There is absolutely no mold in that house!! Unbelievable!!! One lame bogus excuse after another to get out of working. I would give this crew a big fat Zero. Thanks for nothing fellas!!
