Stay as far away from this company as you can 1) They broke my $2,500 TV. Assured me it will be covered, only to later tell me it is not covered and nothing they can do about it because I did not purchase an insurance specific to the tv with them which no one mentioned ever 2) On the move out, one of the workers was completely green and fell asleep on the job. Literarily caught him dozing off 3) $300 of pots and pans missing, never to be found
Not the worst move I’ve ever had but also far from the best. They seem to have under-scoped the number of movers required for the job and it took 3 guys 12 hours for a 2 bedroom apartment and storage unit. I did not feel that the movers were particularly expedient or careful (saw boxes fall over multiple times, a lot of slamming their equipment on the floor).
