Friendly, professional, fast, fair. When they answer the phone and all the way thru the process to the time they finish and drive away is nothing but a excellent experience. The employees are clean and hard working, the trucks are clean and well maintained. Two things I fear in life is the IRS and hiring movers ,well thanks to these guys im only left with one fear.
It was the worst experience in moving they moved my office the movers were unprofessional cussing & cursing going upstairs while dragging my furniture. my desk was broken and scratched the top. I called the owner Angela my experience was not any better she offer me less than $200.00 while screaming at me and arguing My desk is a set with file cabinets. Farmers Insurance What can you buy with 200.00 dollars. to this day I have not received a call from this company, they do not pay their damages. Even if it was my last resort I would not use them!!! Was told they wouldn't quote a price until after they know how much stuff they're moving. Explained it was a 30 minute or less move from one storage unit to another in the same facility with the biggest pieces being moved were a washer & dryer. Come to find out that this 30 minute job nearly $600 after the fact because of their "minimum" price that was conveniently not disclosed beforehand. 3 movers were also dispatched for this small job, and was told after the fact they could have sent two to save some money. Was also not called and alerted when the movers when en-route to the facility, so had to rush to get there once the movers themselves notified us they were already on location. Movers themselves were nice enough.. but after slapping us with a $600 bill for 30 minutes of work, I'll make sure to shop around a bit more next time. Disappointing, but it'll likely be the last time we use their services. Hopefully the quick payoff is worth the potential long term loss of business. Learn from our mistake and shop around, get your quotes beforehand in writing, and don't give them the opportunity to be underhanded in the way they were with us. Would be one star if the movers themselves weren't as efficient as they were.
