Booska Worldwide Movers

I picked Booska because they were the lowest of three bids I sought. Boy was that a mistake. My initial bid from them was about 8k, and my final bill was 20k. That was devastating financially; most cars i've owned have cost less. ALSO, they smashed about $3k worth of my stuff by stacking boxes that i clearly marked "DO NOT STACK" and then denied most of my claims and reimbursed me $500. They won't "waste their time" doing a walk-through assessment of your home because a person will typically underestimate the weight of their household goods, so I really recommend going with another local company that can be bothered to do this and give you a more concrete estimate. Also while our stuff was in "safe dry storage" white paint was spilled all over it. Big mistake going with Booska both financially and otherwise. The driver and his team were nice down to earth people, the one highlight of the experience.

Be very careful. I called for a quote to move from vt to ny and was quoted a price. My items had to be in storage in Vermont for a couple of months. I didn't look at the estimate closely enough. The quote I signed was for moving from Newport to Burlington. When I was ready to move to New York it was an additional price. I paid more than double the original quote and a number of my items arrived broken. As I said be careful.
