Our move from State College, PA went so smoothly and Artisan Movers communicated well with us throughout the process. We were kept well apprised of when they would show up and prior to our move, they made sure to call to see if we had any questions. I'd especially like to praise the movers Victor, Elkin, Brian H., and Luis for carefully packaging our furniture, disassembling and reassembling our items, and doing so swiftly and efficiently. We would highly recommend Artisan Movers!
Awful moving experience. Damaged furniture. 4 hours late delivery with zero communication. Hiding the damaged furniture until the final amount was paid. I have moved 13 times with reputable and careful movers yielding zero furniture damage. This one move resulted in 7 pieces of furniture damaged. Missing legs on 4 garage shelving. Overall, inexperienced movers with poor packing techniques, and wreck-less. Please stay away and seek a mover that cares for your belongings. See pics below.
While I had heard good things about Artisan Movers on the radio plus the reviews online. My experience was somewhat different. I can't attest to their moving capabilities because I never was able to get a quote much less a move! I called at 3:45 and requested a quote but was told somewhat shortly that I would have to wait until the person who handles that is free. I said ok, when will that be? I was told at 5:45 that evening! I waited and no call came. No call the next day or the following day, no follow up call....period.
