can’t give a full 5 stars because the did not cap the refrigerator hose at the time of removal which caused a flood from the kitchen down to the basement ceiling the house closing had to b postponed until the following Monday because the house needed to be in perfect order at the time the buyers closed the deal. Not only that but we had to have a plumber come and analyze the situation as the buyers wanted to make sure there was not a problem with the rest of the water lines this cost a lot of money coming out of the proceeds from the sale of the house.

I really regret using this company. They damaged valuable antiques and completely lost an irreplaceable art piece. There is damage to an antique chest valued at $30,000.00 and the owner yelled at me for pointing it out. I would only recommend them for low value items and easily replaceable furniture. I was told that the insurance they have will only cover items reported within 3 days of the move then sent a belated “bill” after paying them very high prices for their “service.” You can’t replace what they lost, the Judy Graese woodcut was one of a kind. How could anyone pay me for that? So I suppose it doesn’t matter. I’ve included a picture of an art piece made by the same artist, the pottery I found with a big chunk broken off of the back, some china, and Halloween decorations they left in a broken pile. They didn’t cover anything.
