Action Movers

Jesse moved my Yamaha 7" grand piano to our homein Iowa from Omaha, NE 2 years ago - he just moved it agian from Iowa to Virginia. He did a fabulous job. He went above and beyond! My Beautiful piano made it to Virginia with out a scratch. I would recommend Jesse to anyone looking for a mover!!

Action movers moved a piano for me from Omaha out of state. I very was specific about what the move entailed...stairs on both ends of the move. When Jesse arrived for drop off he said he was not told about the stairs at the destination and that he would not move the piano beyond the main floor. I even offered to compensate him even though I thought it was BS. He said he was worried about breaking the legs off the piano and then said he had a pinched nerve. I thought I hired piano movers? No contract and cash payment...never again.

Positive-they were on time, moved effectively and were very polite. Negative-the owner told me what they took apart, they would reassemble. My steel washer hoses were left in the washer and the rubber hoses attached at my new residence. My work desk was not reassembled correctly and a plug in wasn’t fitted back in on my treadmill. While these seem minor, I didn’t have the tools to fix them myself and had to have it done after I contacted them and received no response. This is not an acceptable business practice, in my opinion. I would not recommend using them unless you have the know how and tools to reassemble what they didn’t take care of. Update: To respond to your comment. YOUR team are the ones who put them inside the washer in the first place. Also the desk you assembled is so wobbly I had to purchase an allen wrench set and redo it myself. It’s unfortunate because you did a good job moving but you failed to finish the job. I had to hire a handyman to finish what you did not as I’m unable to do these things myself.
